How to increase dedicated ram for Intel 4600!

Ok so I need help I just built a new computer and I don't have the money to buy my gpu right now so I'm using the cups built in gpu which is the intel 4600 but I checked and it's only using 46mb and I know you can dedicate some of you ram to make it better but I can't figure out how to,I read somewhere that you do it in the bios but I can't figure it out, btw I have a saber tooth z97 mark 1 if that help and 16gb of ram, how's do I dedicate more ram to the gpu and how much of my ram should I dedicate to it? And what kind of benifits am I going to see doing this?
