How to increase the performance of dolphin emulator

Im using dolphin emulator to play wwe13 wii game and it is very slow.i get around 30 fps only during a match.if i had at least 60 fps i might be able to run the game smoothly without any lag.can someone help me to configure dolphin emulator or my pc to play this game.thanks.

My specs

cpu: core 2 quad q8400 2.66ghz
Graphics card: nvidia gt610 2gb (overclocked to its maximum)
Ram:8gb

Getting a better GPU will definitely help, the GT610 is a very low end card.
A GTX 750 or R7 260x are solid budget videocards, get one of these and you will be good!

Pretty much hit the nail on the head there

Other than that
changing the Settings in The emulator which usually is not a significant boost unless you want the game to look like a 8-bit from the 80's.
But i do believe if you turn sound off you will get a small boost
Enable dual core
enable idle skipping
And use JIT Recompiler as the CPU Emulator Engine
Other than that i'm not really sure.
