How to install an email program for windows 7

i have wiress internet on my pc i need to email send to some sheets to another email how do i do i do this

You can install Windows Live Mail;

Also if you already have an internet webmail account (HotMail, YahooMail, Gmail, etc) you can email right from your web browser.
