I am using a Neotez Deus computer case and the specs say it can accomodate 1 x 3.5-inch HDD and
4 x 2.5-inch HDDs. The manual does not show how to install them. I guess it would be similar to other cases so I hope someone can teach me how/where to install internal HDDs.

Q1. How to install one internal 3.5 inch hard disk?

Q2. How to install one internal 3.5 inch hard disk and one internal 2.5 hard disk?

Q3. How to install one internal 3.5 inch hard disk and four internal 2.5 hard disk?

Photos taken from the back panel (non glass) side and specs seen in manual:

Thanks

1. Remove screws (accessible from below pc case),
2. Remove metal drive holder,
3. Screw HDD to metal drive holder,
4. Put metal drive holder back and attach to case.

I don't really see, how 4x 2.5"drives can be installed there.

Is your steps for installing one 3.5 inch hard disk onto the metal drive holder? After follow your method to install one 3.5 inch hard disk on the HDD metal drive holder, then where to install four internal 2.5 hard disks?

Specs say can install one internal 3.5 inch hard disk and four internal 2.5 hard disks.

Thanks

May be, if you install them vertically and and attach single side to pc case.

Can a 2.5 inch hard disk be mounted below my metal drive holder?

Are there any metal drive holder that I can buy to replace mine so it can hold two 3.5 inch hard disks, or one 3.5 inch hard disk with one 2.5 hard disk, or two 2.5 hard disks?

The product page under jet features says:
  • Case Type: Tower Chassis
  • Dimensions: 205mm(W) x 425mm(H) x 380mm(D)
  • Front Material: Mesh
  • Side Panel: Tempered Glass
  • Body Material: Steel
  • Drive Bay:
    • 3.5" HDD x 1
    • 2.5" HDD x 4
That implies a drive bay/cage must be included. A bay which can take a 3.5" drive and 4 smaller ones. Is there any other box inside the box the case came in?

Do you have any photos from the inside of the case from the other side? That space with the box for the one 2.5" drive screwed to the floor looks too small to me too.

"That space with the box for the one 2.5" drive screwed to the floor looks too small to me too." What is this "one 2.5" drive screwed to the floor" you are talking about?

The photo that SkyNetRising showed in post #2 is the only bay/cage that comes with the case. I think it could hold one 3.5 on top of it, not sure if one 2.5 can fit under it or not.

If I had 4x 2.5” SSDs to mount in this case, I’d just Velcro them on top of each other in a stack.
Would they overheat because they are stacked together?

If you stack 4x 2.5” SSDs together, the middle 2 does not even have a single big rectangle side exposed to air, the top and bottom each has big rectangle side exposed to air.

Should have been that space 'where' the one 2.5" drive screwed to the floor. Yes I think a 2.5" drive would fit if you unscrew that metal bay. I meant the space around it.

The flash reflection on the glass makes it a bit unclear but maybe two 2.5" drives can go where I've marked?

How much the drive heats up depends on performance and workload, that is, how much work it does and also on airflow which appears to be good with all the fans. But I think if you stack 4 SSDs together the 2 in the middle would heat up more and won't have that much ventilation for heat dissipation.

Also there's the rooms for connecting SATA data and power cables. If all headers are straight and not at 90-degree angles user might be able to stack and bind 4 together.

Velcro is pretty thick and it’ll create an air gap of at least 4mm or so. The attached cables tend to pull them apart, rather than squash them together. But if that is a concern then another option is just have them loose in that shroud space without any mounting. You can also slap the SSDs on any free space in the case with Velcro, such as behind the motherboard.

EDIT: Another alternative is to cut strips of 5mm foam core board and use them as shims between each SSD. Screw the bottom SSD to the case, and zip tie the rest on top. Airflow is much the same as a metal enclosure; perhaps even better. (I have a Jonsbo case with 3x SSD enclosure that basically mushes them all together, and has worse airflow than my velcro idea).

The limiting factor is likely the SATA power cable. Most only daisy chain 3 power outputs.

I have removed the HDD bracket by removing the 4 screws at the bottom of the case. Photos View: https://imgur.com/a/K504rIS

QA. Now I need 4 screws to screw my 3.5 inch hard disk on top of the HDD bracket. I have this packet screws that comes from the seller, are these screws supplied by asus motherboard? Are there any screws inside that are suitable to screw my HDD bracket to my 3.5 inch hard disk? View: https://imgur.com/a/27IvfCY

QB. A long time ago I have these 2 pink packets of screws that I do not remember what do they come with? Any idea what are these screws for? Photos View: https://imgur.com/a/zUdt0Ou

Last photo is for the CPU cooler. It's probably left over for a different CPU brand to what's currently installed in your PC.

PC screw types are really confusing for new users.
#6-32 UNC: for attaching case covers, power supplies, and expansion cards to the case - "coarser thread")
M3: for attaching disk drives (hard drives, optical, and SATA SSDs) - "finer thread"

Motherboard standoffs can have #6-32 UNC on one end and M3 on the other.

Take care so you don't mix them up and strip out a thread.
