Question How to install bios to a fresh motherboard

Hi. I am new to the pc build. I have bought an Asus Prime A320m-k motherboard. I am planning to build without a cd r/w. I have got the bios on cd. Where should i download the full bios for fresh new pc?? Sorry if it is a dumb question..
