[SOLVED] How to install Bluetooth receiver in desktop?

I was just wondering if anyone happened to know what’s the best way to install components that allow for Bluetooth connection on a desktop? My desktop supports the connection it’s just it lacks whatever components needed. Just was wondering if I needed a specific part, how much it may be, and if there’s an easy way to install it?

Is there any way to have an internal component rather than a usb dongle?

There always needs to be some sort of external antenna.
A PCIe device will still need to have the antenna sticking out of the box.
