How to install direct 3d device9 hp 530 laptop at windows 7

i install games on my laptop when i want to play it it saying create direct3d device9
please help

You can get the latest video driver from HP support site. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html

But the issue may be that the laptop video card is not good enough to run the games. Check minimum specs needed for the game and compare to your video card features.
