How to install drivers from USB drive (Dell E6420 XFR)

I'm attempting setup on a rugged Dell E6420 XFR for a buddy & I'm not sure how to install the drivers from the USB drive I was given to use. It's a Windows 7 Pro setup and perhaps related, the computer won't connect or even see any sort of network connection, wifi or wired.
Your thoughts & input are appreciated.

If you have the correct drivers on the USB, it should be a simple matter of clicking on the installer for them. Using another computer, you can go to Dell's website and download the correct drivers if you don't have them, copy to the USB, and run them from there.

Thanks, BadActor. I'm a bit green, but I don't mind learning, so I'll look into that. Where's this installer you speak of?

Open the USB and look for a .exe or .msi file for each particular driver.

I'm having a bit of a time figuring what order to install them in... I'm so awesome at this, haha

It doesn't really matter, but I would install the ethernet drivers first to get you online with it.
