Question How to install new power supply?

Storm fried my psu, need to install new one. It was an 800w powering gtx 1070, i7 6700k, 32 gb ram, 240gb ssd, and 1tb hard drive. I have an extra 650w (let me know if thats not emough) But it doesnt help that its an ibuypower (I know, I bought it years ago) and the insides look like this: http://i63.tinypic.com/2ngykb9.jpg

Thats not terribly descriptive, plus if you look in the image theres a bunch of stuff in the way

You need to take the system apart enough to remove the old PSU and install the new one.

If this is a modular PSU (likely), you also need to remove ALL the cables connected to it, and use whatever cables come with the new PSU.
