Question how to install ocenaudio when windows smartscreen prevents it?

i downloaded directly from https oceanaudio.com and when i click the .exe windows shows that message.
i have window 10 . I need help . on the net the program is a

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk

When you get the smartscreen window with the message, click on "More Info" and click "run anyway"

If you search for "App & Browser control" if really necessary, you can turn it off.
