How to install retail plus power supply in gateway dx4300

how do I install a replacement power supply(Retail Plus) in a Gateway DX4300?

Looks to be pretty straight forward.
The only tricky parts is paying close attention of where the PSU power is plugged in to the motherboard and the other parts. Make a diagram/cheat sheet before you get started.

I did actually. I have power but when I turn the pc on I get a message "no signal", the monitor goes black and I am questioning the connections. there are so many different plugs, especially the flat ones. They aren't numbered.

I did have it installed correctly but not getting a pic on screen. Replaced Video card. Concluded the mother board was toast.

I had to buy a new hard-drive.
