How to install sql server 2000 in windows 7 correctly?

Hello,I have the problem with my SQL server 2000, every time i connect my VB.net in mg SQl i always encounter the error saying it is not associated with a trusted SQL server Connection my os is Windows 7. I really need help.

Can't do that! The reason given for not supporting 2000 on Vista/Win7 is because of LUA/UAC issues

Hello Alpheia_IT,

SQL Server 2000 and below are not supported on Vista/Windows Server 2008 and above (which includes Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2).
