[SOLVED] How to install windows 10 oem without disc drive?

Ok so basically i was stupid and ordered the oem version of windows without realizing it was a disk. I have the disk and also the scratch of code. I do have a laptop with a disc drive and also empty flash drives available to help me. I just don't wanna spend another $100. Is their a way to install it?

As said above, you can download the most current form of Windows 10 onto a USB, the only thing you need from the DVD you bought is the COA to activate your install.
