How to install Windows 10 on SSD and replace mobo/cpu

For Christmas I am upgrading my mobo/cpu/ram and psu and I was reading that you should install it on a new OS and I want to put windows 10 on my SSD, I was just wondering what the best way to replace my mobo and install windows 10 on my SSD would be

Old specs:
i5-4690k
IV maximus hero

New:
i7-8700k
Asrock extreme 4
