How to install Windows 10 on the SSD of a Elitebook with locked BIOS

Hello,
I bought a second hand Elitebook Folio 1040 G3 and now it cannot boot anymore.
Unfortunately the BIOS has a password and I lost contact detail of the seller.
The boot option from USB is disabled in the BIOS.
HP refuses to help me because I don't have the original bill from the shop.

I removed the SDD from this Elitebook and I would install a Windows 10 on it.
SSD SAMSUNG NVMe MZVPW256HEGL SM961, 256GB, M-KEY, Size 22x80mm

How to install a fresh Windows 10 on this SSD, that can boot on my Elitebook?
I prefer a method without opening PC (removing screws). To follow this method
I'm looking for an adapter USB to NVMe SSD M-KEY. Hard to find and expensive!

Is this the best way to install W10 on my SSD?
- Find another Elitebook Folio 1040 G3 with unlocked BIOS.
- Remove its SSD and plug in mine.
- Boot from a USB stick built by Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
- Install Windows 10 on my SDD, remove it and plug in back inside my Elitebook
