How to install windows 10 without wiping C drive

i have a laptop with a dead Motherboard , i'm trying to recover it's data specially the one in C drive, of course it wont work if tried to insert it on the other laptop
help please and thanks in Forward

There are two solutions:
1- you have another laptop: buy an HDD enclosure, they are very cheap around $5, then connect the HDD to the laptop via USB and remove whatever you want from the HDD.

2- You have another full PC: connect the HDD via SATA cable, and set it as secondary drive

Even with a desktop, I would recommend the USB route. You don't have to open your computer. Just a simpler, and reusable method.
