They all support dual channel memory. I can't think of a single desktop motherboard that doesn't. (That isn't some specialty thing, anyway) A few boards that would support quad, but only have dual channel, but those are high end systems and have circumstances such as form factor or choice of CPU.

Memory controller is fully integrated into the x86 CPUs these days, so they basically don't make any system that don't.

Just from the listings you have there, they are only telling you the capabilities. Since they offer multiple revisions of that model, and in the case of MSI, only through re-sellers, the configuration will vary by what the retailers ordered. That is only a capability, not what is installed. Basically two memory slots capable of each being populated with a 16GB unbufferd DIMM.

None of those listings specify the capacity or type of included memory.

Typically OEMs will not populate both slots leaving room for expansion, at the cost of single channel rather than dual channel. So if they say it comes with 8GB, probably going to be a single stick. Though that can change entirely on what they have in stock or what is cheapest at the time of construction.

You might see single channel in some laptops where the memory is soldered down, or the laptop possesses a single slot. Usually only on cheaper models.
