mirco stutter can be avoided by changing the graphics settings. Try enabling adaptive V-sync in Nvidia Control Panel through ''Manage 3D settings'' > ''Program settings'' > Choose ''add game'' > Set adaptive Vsync to on.

Set the game to full screen then disable in-game V-sync.
