Someone said that basically every graphics card will fit if I have a PCI-E 3.0 16x slot. Now, is that true? I wouldn't want to mess up buying something that doesn't fit.
Oh, and also, where would a GTX 960 graphics card go, in which slot of the motherboard? Would it go to the 3.0 slot or?
Thanks in advance c:!

Solution
The slots are a standard size for all PC's, the main difference in size of cards is length and height, but the actual bit that goes in the slot (PCI-e) is the same for all of them. In smaller cases there is sometimes a problem with very long cards not fitting due to HDD slot placement etc. What are you putting the card into, tell us the rest of your build and we can check for you.

This is my computer:
ASUS Essential Desktop PC CM6730
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3370 CPU @3.40GHz 3.40GHz
16,0 GT RAM
64-bit PC

The new Graphics card: Asus Gtx 960 Strix 2GB
I am pretty damn sure it will fit, but here is a link to a pic:

WAIT! That PSU is weak. The card draws about 244W alone, You may need a more powerful PSU as your CPU is drawing another 77W, then you have motherboard power demand and other things like DVD player, fan, lights etc. What does anyone else think?

Yeah youll need a better PSU first. A good brand 500w will be fine, something from Seasonic/XFX/EVGA etc

Dang it! I knew I forgot something..lol...
Here is the PSU I looked at: Fractal Design 450W Edison Modular. I think this one should keep the PC going..

so can i put an MSI GTX1060 GAMING X in a thermaltake core v21 ?
