How to know whether a CPU is properly installed?

Hey I m building my PC but I have a question in mind that when I put the CPU in socket and install the cooler how do I check whether the CPU is properly installed? Please tell me because fast because I am building a new PC in 2 days.

I saw many methods of fixing CPU but in all of the methods you only get to know after you successfully complete the installation. Please tell me a method.

Your computer will not boot up if not installed correctly.

Make sure the cpu is place correctly with the two notches on the top left and top right.

Intel or AMD? Huge difference in terms of checking.
