[SOLVED] how to know which bios version is better?

i have an athlon 3000g and an asrock a320m-hdv r4.0 motherboard.
I have a problem that I still can't solve, with respect to the uefi appearing before the windows. (https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/why-my-computer-starts-in-uefi.3656868/)
I would like to know which bios version should I update so that everything works as optimally as possible.
Currently, I have the bios version P3.70.
Should I update it to P4.00 or P3.30?

BIOS versions above 3.20 are NOT recommended for use with your Athlon 3000g (Raven Ridge) APU.
So you should try flashing version 2.30 and see if that helps with you issue.
