How to know your GPU before installing Drivers

I have just purchased a refurbished dell latitude E64310 running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit but there are no graphics drivers installed and it has no sticker to show the GPU installed, i have tried using device manager but its showing me that its a standard VGA adapter so how am I suppose to know the driver to download. According to dell the latitude E6410 either comes with Intel HD or Nvidia.

You should be able to visit the support site for dell and type in your Service Tag number and retrieve that information. Link below.
