How to limit someone's speed at WIFI

My sister is getting greedy using our wifi watching videos on youtube and she didnt know that she's hogging the internet bandwidth speed and that's annoying
she's using Android Tabletis there any app to limit her speed?

Block her to wifi using MAC? NO , i dont want to be selfish
use QoS to limit speed? NO, that shit aint working for me i swear
tell her to control herself while using wifi? NO because whenever she's using wifi her bandwidth almost taking the whole speed

yep i can do that by denying her IP from my Wifi IP block
i dont want to be a selfish brother,that's why im finding a solution how to limit her speed and not to block her

So you are selfish enough to want to limit her speed, and you are happy to accept the fact that she is selfish enough to ignore your requests (even though you pay for the connection) but not selfish enough to teach her a lesson by temporarily blocking her connection?

Find a router firmware that "fights bufferbloat", like OpenWRT or Tomato, enable CoDel AQM, set your upload and download bandwidth. Done. Easier said than done if your router does not support OpenWRT or Tomato. Good luck.
