How to lower CPU temperature?

With enchanted multicore performance, I get 4.7 ghz on I7 8700k. That's what I want.
Temps however spike to 80 and also increases GPU temps a bit...
Anything I can do without needing to run stress tests for a lot of hours?

Also not a huge problem.

Do you have any case fans? Where is your tower located? How's the airflow to and from the case?

Did you use some kind of preset to hit 4.7? or did you dial in the voltage and reduce it as low as it can go?
