I've got this error when I bought new PSU. 1 or 2 week of using my pc is smooth. And then suddenly my pc just freeze and making static sound. I have no choice but to manual restart. And I got this error. CPU Over voltage. So i checked my bios and the indicator is red and my voltage is 2.3V. I checked online for solutions but they solving it with AI Tweaker tab. I don't have that tab. I just want to know how to lower my voltage manually.

Solution
All settings should be right here in the manual: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/H81ME/HelpDesk_Manual/ Just look for CPU or Core voltage and set to about 1.3v but efore you do that, reset CMOS/BIOS to default. How to do it is in the manual too.
I'm sorry I couldn't gave complete info. I'm just newbie. My fault 🙁 I'm just confused right now.
