My specs:

Case: Fractal Design Core 2300 (fairly big)
CPU: i5 4690k
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970 4gb
Motherboard: H18M-E LGA 1150
RAM: 8gb DDR3 Kingston memory
HDD: 1tb (forgot what make lol)
Windows 10
PSU: 500 watt EVGA 80+ Bronze

I want to make a nice case from plywood perhaps for transporting my PC from one place to another. It is quite heavy so I want to put wheels on the box that have hinges so it can sit flat when needed. It will also have a pull handle of sorts and a grip handle so I can either drag it along or carry it. However I want to make the carrier shock proof and static proof, etc. My PC box is too scruffy and old now. The bottom is not very safe.

Any ideas on how to make it shock proof? Should I put styrofoam or bubble-wrap or both in the box? Would that do the trick? Or is there an easier solution since I don't have my old styrofoam and have no idea where to get some.

Many thanks in advance!! :)

Anti-static polyethylene foam is great stuff for such a purpose. You can usually get them in about 8 square foot cuts for less than $10 at shipping supply stores like UPS store or possibly even walmart. It's usually pink, so easy to find.
