[SOLVED] How to make both earbuds work simultaneously with bluetooth ?

I have a pair of "Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite TWS Earphone True Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.2 W/Mic". It is supposed that the pair of them -- that is, two -- can be connected to Bluetooth simultaneously. But a week ago all of a sudden only one earbud can be connected and the other one is always blinking which means it cannot be connected to Bluetooth. Whatever the one I take out of the charger will be connected while the other one in the charger will not work, even if I take it out afterwards. Do you know how to fix it -- have both earbuds of the pair to connect to the laptop? Thank you.

insert both buds into charger, then press n hold that big button on both earbuds for atleast 5 seconds, until they start blinking white three times
