How to make fan speed 100% all the time?

Hi, I was wonder how do I make my fans run on 100%? I installed 2 pwm fans 120mm on my intake and I noticed they are much stronger than my 140mm x2 on the top of my case.

and my 120mm are ID-cooling PWM's

I know PWM can controlled via motherboard right? Also, will my thermake 140mm fans be controllable as well?

Im planning to get an NZXT fan hub so that I can control them, is this correct?

TBH, I just want them to run 100% all the time. I dont mind the noise.

My fans are all connect via molex to 3-pin adapter to my PSU. Oddly enough my PWMs are only 2 pins but they run much stronger.

forgot to mention my motherboard is almost 5 years old and it only has 1 sys_fan lol

so yea, that's not gonna work 🙁

I really thought just plugging it into the PSU will run it 100% speed, what's stopping it from doing that?

Well if you just provide them with power and don't connect the PWM pin they should run at max.

With an adaptor from molex or sata, or, better yet, with a fan hub like you mentioned.

I already have them connected via adaptor molex but I dont think it is running on 100% fan speed. Anyway, Ill just try the fan hub first. Thanks!

They're at 100%. 12v fans powered on 12v and no PWM => 100%

Im not so sure because it's a pretty weak airflow and unless these fans are really just like that, then I have to replace them. I also tried a 6 year old 120mm from antec and that has more power than these brandnew 140mm thermaltakes.

Well, 140mm need to run considerably slower than a 120 to move the same amount of air. Static pressure is another story, but that doesn't matter with case fans.

ohh so the 140mm's are suppose to be slower? okay now that makes sense. I was expecting it to be stronger or at least as strong as the 120mm.
