How to make mail icon in control panal

I wanted to make a mail icon in control panel. Please give me necessary instructions

There is no email client included with Windows 7, hence no Mail icon will appear in Control Panel until you install Microsoft Outlook.
Third-party email clients will not create the Mail icon, only Microsoft Outlook does that.
