Question How to make my GTX 1050 work?

I have a Medion PC from 2014 where I want to change the GPU.
The current specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
Morherboard: H81H3-EM2 (cheap pre-build mobo)
GPU: GTX 750 ti
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1866 Mhz (2x8 GB)
OS: Windows 10 Home x64

It is an pre-build PC called Medion P5395 2385.
The latest BIOS is from the 29.10.2014, which I have installed.
I removed my GTX 750 ti and put the GTX 1050 in. The fan is spinning, but there is no signal. The GTX 1050 is working as I tested it in a different PC. The Cable works as well. And the Card is mounted correctly in the PCIe Slot.

Another problem that occurs is, that I cannot use my PC with the Intel Integrated Graphics. Even if there's no GPU installed, I still cannot get a signal through the connection from my Mainboard.
In the device manager both the GTX 750 ti and the Intel HD graphics are listed. Both of them have the latest drivers.

In the BIOS itself, which is a American Megatrends Inc. H81EM2.309 , there's no option to change the video output. It is grayed out. And in the Task Manager, the Intel HD Graphics 4600 are always at 0%.
The next step I considered myself was to deactivate the GTX 750 ti and see, if the PC is able to boot from the Intel Integrated Graphics.

I know this is kinda tricky but it would be really nice if someone out here can help me.
Thanks in advance!
