Question How to make program boot up instantly on startup.

Recently I downloaded a customization program but the problem is that it looks really wierd then it get run after 5 seconds after login (it is in shell:startup).
Is there a good way to make run instantly after user login in?

Try creating a startup task with "Task Scheduler", triggered by "User Logon"
