How to Make Windows Launch Game on Startup?

How would I make Windows launch a game on startup? In particular Age of Empires III?

why would you want it to do that?

You can, but then when you want to do ANYTHING else, you have to get out of the game first.

Just put a shortcut to the exe in your startup folder.

But I wouldn't, if it was me.

The build will be mainly used as an Age of Empires playing cheap machine.

So every time it starts, every time you run Windows Update, any other application install or update....that's all it does.
