Info How to mark posts as Solved/Award Best Answer

If you are the starter of a thread, and wish to mark the post of the person who helped you the most as the best solution, here is how to do it:

if you are on PC, there is a tick mark to the right of their post in the forums (see below)

If you are on mobile, the tick appears below the posts (see below)

Clicking this tick will mark that post as the best solution.

If you are a reader, not the starter of the thread, you can assist in choosing the Solution by using the up and down arrows on posts you agree should or shouldn't be the best answer. Once a post receives 5 up votes it automatically becomes the Best Answer and is locked as such after 30 days.

Like does not = a Best Answer. It goes towards its own trophy but will not award a Best Answer on its own.

Note: DIscussion threads and posts in Community section of forum may not have trophies attached to them.

Due to an error in the software, the forums allows you to award the solution to yourself. Please don't as its actually against the rules and you should reward the people who tried to help you.
