How to migrate my emails from WIndows Live mail 2012 to Outlook on Windows 10

The title says it all. Anyone know the best way of transferring all old emails from windows live mail 2012 onto Outlook on a newly installed Windows 10. I have access to the complete hard drive of old computer.
