[SOLVED] How to miracast off my phones wifi hotspot

I have a LG android phone and a LG 4k smart tv webos. I want to miracast off my phone to tv but i dont got wifi, I only have unlimited high speed data. So I'm wondering how I can miracast with my mobile hotspot?

The big downside of Hotspots are the huge bills that go with mobile data. Folks who link a laptop with a mobile phone Hotspot and get a Windows Update soon find out it's a bad thing and television programmes are going to cost even more.
