how to move pirated games from HDD to SSD?

The reason I am asking this is because I have mods on pirated games and I don't feel like reinstalling them too since I would have to re-edit all the .ini files and stuff, otherwise I would be using the installer. I was wondering if i could just copy/paste the stuff over? including the save files and other game files in my documents/user directory

if there is a no-piracy rule on this site - please let me know I have heard people talking about pirated windows 10 and stuff so I thought this was ok
