Question How to not allow an application use internet in windows 10?

There is a video player application in windows 10 that I want to not allow to use internet. Is there a way? I want to restrict components of a certain folder to access the internet. There has to be a way right?

Firewall app is located in
Control Panel\Windows Defender Firewall.

If you're asking about video application location, then

launch the application,​

open Task Manager - processes,​

find video application,​

right-click on selected item and choose "Go to details",​

in details tab right-click on selected item and choose "Open file location.​
