How to obtain unwanted PC's

Hi, I want to collect broken desktops and laptops, but do not know where to start. I live in Australia BTW. Any suggestions wanted

I would somehow try to get into the loop as far as companies that get rid of all their machines and get new ones.

My company has done this a couple times and we throw out hundreds of what I would call "good pcs" that are about 5-10 years old.
