How To Only Wipe 2 Drives

I just installed a clean version of Windows on my computer today and would like to wipe the other two hard drives so that its like a brand new computer. Should I get a program to help me? Or should I just format the drives?

To wipe my drives i just format them and reassign the hard drive. Takes no time and leaves your old data to be recovered quite easily. Only to be used if you are reusing the drives.
