Question How to open .bioexcess files!

Hi, i coded a file with BioExcess application and now, even with correct password or TouchID I still not able to open or de-coded the file! It says "Operation Completed" but nothing happens. Actually I'm using "BioExcess File Encryption" to try open the file, it's correct? Or I need another application? Because I read something about MyWinLocker but when I try to install it, it says I'll already have a BioExcess application installed.
OS: Windows 10
