How to open port 80

Hey all, im trying to open port 80 on my network. Im using a netgear n600 router. I also want to find out if anything else is running on port 80.

80 is the default http port. Since you're reading this, it is open through your router.

Im trying to run my ps3 through my pc wired and share my internet through an apache server but i got this feeling like its not open or something
