Well, if you were to define what you mean by "optimize" it would help. The manufacturer did a pretty good job of optimization before it left the factory. You can't tune it or overclock it as you can with a CPU or GPU, but you can make sure that you are using it in the way that will give you the most overall system benefit from it.
IMHO, the first thing is always to make sure that your drive controller is in AHCI mode and that you are using an OS that supports TRIM (in Windows, 7 and later). Test after test show performance degradation over time without TRIM and much less with TRIM.
Every other thing that I would recommend about putting an SSD in a Windows system could be categorized as "utilization," so I will shut up unless and until you tell us what you are looking for as "optimization." But I stand by what I wrote above - you can't just make it run faster as you can by overclocking graphics or CPUs.
