How to over clock this card?

Hey guys, I'm getting a new graphics card in the mail from newegg tomorrow, and I wanted to know how to over clock it or if i should.

My specs:

-msi n430gt-md1gd3/oc/lp graphics card (temporary)
-Antec 500 watt power Supply
-Steel Antec case, black finish, 1 150mm fan, 1 75mm fan
-Asus P5K Green motherboard
-Processor Intel Core2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2394 Mhz
-4x1gb supertalent ram
-500gb hdd
-windows 7 home premium 64bit

So what do you think? Should I overclock, and if yes, how?

its already got a good clock speed on it. how about playing some games first?

if you want to overclock it go into the cataclyst control center and go to performance and then amd overdrive.....here you can adjust your clocks by sliding a slider up and down its pretty simple...bump up one slider 5-10mhz at a time stress test the card and keep going until your temps get out of control or you start seeing artifacts. then move on to the next slider
