Question how to overclock an i7 3820?

Hi guys! I have an old i7 3820 with a MSI Military class3 X79A-GD65 (8D) and an rtx2060 Super(8Gb)! The problem is that i have fps drops and i think that overclocking will help but i have no idea how to do it in click bios 2! I also have a custom water cooling system!Can anyone guide me through OC settings?

The only thing you can adjust is CPU strap and bclk + CPU voltage
the multiplier of your CPU is locked
