The turbo for the 7300HQ is 3.5 GHz, ergo seeing it at that clockspeed is not really overly impressive...

How do i send picture? also i mounted it i broke the black plate and my laptop is on a 70° angle on top off a cooling pad

Laptop cpu have configurable tdp, maybe your oem might have locked it at 3.1ghz for that model.

I use it to undervolt my cpu by offsetting the cpu voltage by 0.15v to run it cool XD
