i wanted to overclock my cpu but there's no base clock option in the bios menu there's a host clock value option but it's locked i can't change it so any solution to boost the performance of my cpu?

Keep CPU temps below 80c with 95c being the absolute max. It will turbo to 4.1GHz on its own. You can get a better heatsink + more fans to make it run cooler. But the Intel stock should work just fine. Also, there's no need to OC the CPU. It's should perform well for the next 2-3 years as it's a new series.
