How to play gta 5 on intel pentium G2030?

hello! gta 5 is working very slow on my pc,
i have-
* 2 gb graphic card
* 2 gb ram
* intel pentium G2030
* 1 tb hard disk

i also lower the resolution of gta 5 to 800x600 ,but still it is not working smoothly

so please suggest me what to do??

Upgrade your CPU, GPU and RAM.

What is your graphic card?
Add another 2 GB stick of RAM to make it run in dual channel mode.(Total 4 GB)
