How to Prevent Windows10 from waking up from Sleep when moving the mouse ?

If my mouse move just 1 Pixel my Desktop turn On and win10 starts

I want to Disable starting by moving the mouse

In Device Manager -
find your mouse, choose properties/Power management and
clear check box "Allow this device to wake the computer".

They already unchecked but still win10 wakeup from [Sleep mode] when the Mouse move 1 pixel?

In device manager also check human interface devices.

and keyboards, lots of mouses have keyboards on them for extra buttons
