How to print enlarged photo

How do I print (AND WHAT PROGRAM DO I USE? I do NOT have photoshop) to take a pic/photo from online and enlarge it to 16x20 without Distortion?? How can I get it to print on 4 pages = 16x20 but still save quality.

I have a color inkjet Epson that I rarely used & a Brother BW Laser printer.

I then want to trace the enlarged pic onto a 16x20 Canvas to paint.

Online photos don't usually have sufficient resolution for a 16x20 print. Look at the quality vs file size chart on this page for some guidance -- http://www.urban75.org/photos/print.html
