How to properly overclock ram and cpu on Ryzen?

I'm new to pc and I was informed that you need to be more specific when overclocking on Ryzen comparing to Intel. So is there anything I need to be careful about? I mostly wanted to overclock my ram from 2133 to 3200 mhz.
Cpu：AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Processor
Ram： Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X370-Pro AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 USB 3.1 ATX X370 Motherboard with AURA Sync RGB Lighting

Except for RAM, I had exact same setup. CPU would go to 4.GHz easily at voltages at or under 1.4v but under a water cooler. Temps staying under 70c.
Getting my Kingston ((Hynix based) 3200MHz RAM to 3200 was a chore with some problems with dependability so I lower CL to 12 and it outperformed 3200MHz.
So, keep voltage up to 1.425v and temperatures under 75c and the rest is up to "Silicone lottery", can't do nothing about that.

Its all about voltage, keep it as low as possible while not going over 75c under full, prolonged load. Best guess would be under 1.4v with that cooler.
